We have so many great contest categories to compete in this Sunday at Cupcake Camp but what would a contest be without the prizes? 3000 cupcakes pledged and $3300 raised so far!

We’re ecstatic! You’ve pledged 3000 cupcakes and $3300 so far! THANK YOU! But we’re not quite happy yet! We need 300+ people to come participate!

Here are a few things you may or may not know about some of the activities on Sunday.

$10 gets you 3 cupcakes and organic fair trade certified gourmet coffee from Santropol.
You can donate and take home more cupcakes?! A donation of $2 gets you 1 cupcake. Donate more and get more for your money! 3 for $5 or 7 for $10!
We have Luke Spicer, from Cafe Névé serving lattes for a small donation like you’ve never seen. Each cup will have designs drawn into the foam. Not only will it be pretty but it’ll be mighty tasty too!
We’ll have a small kids corner. Keep in mind it’s not a baby sitting service but if you need a few minutes to choose your cupakes, you can let them play while you choose!
You didn’t think we’d let your kids drink coffee did you? We have Parmalat milk for the kids!

It’s a beautiful, crisp sunny November day in Montreal – time to start preparing for the cupcake extravaganza that will be hitting Montreal this Sunday!!

We need bakers. We need as many cupcakes as we can get. The more cupcakes we have, the more donations we can get, the more goes to Kids Help Phone. Fill out the form. More info here.

Volunteer Bakers Needed

We’re super excited about all the enthusiam. We <3 Cupcake Camp!

We’re getting a lot of interest from people who want to bake cupcakes. There’s a lot of behind the scenes organizing to do before we can take official bakers. Thank you for your patience and PLEASE stay with us. We’ll be putting a form online shortly. We need every baker to fill out a short form, so that we can get in touch with you and know how many cupcakes we’ll be sharing.

We need a lot of cupcakes! More cupcakes the merrier! The more the yummier! Please spread the word and please stay tuned!

Call for Volonteers for our First Event

Volunteers are needed to help us organizing this event. Can you help?

We are also looking for a venue. Ideally we like to host the event June 14, 2009 between 2 and 5 pm. We are looking for a venue that can fit 300 attendees and that is easily accessible by public transportation.

We will split the tasks in committees. We need people to promote the events, find sponsors, set up the room, cater at the event, clean up, as well as coordinating and supporting the bakers.
